Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Contract Project Manager opportunity located in Kirkland, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of new specifications through a defined process.
- Coordinate efforts of all project stakeholders to track the development and key milestones.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders including staff and members.
- Identify risks and plan mitigations with stakeholders.
- Collate and analyze data for key performance indicators.
- Provide thought leadership with regard to team and organization challenges.
- Contribute to the evolution of processes and standards.
- Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to successfully deliver on strategic projects.
- Proven track record in project management, process improvement, and data analysis skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities, communicate and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Experience defining data points and metrics / key performance indicators.
- Servant leadership and the ability to be a team player.
- A passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through.
- Inquisitive problem solver who seeks to understand and find solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members towards a common goal.
- Positive attitude and advocate for change.
- Identifies barriers to success and provide recommendations.
- PMP, Agile, Six Sigma, Prosci training preferred.
- Experience with web-based project management tools.
- Experience working in a Project Management Office.
- Experience working in customer or client-facing roles.

- Pay Rate Range: $50-60/hr
- ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C.
