Working with Protocall Services you will be a telephonic first responder for: Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organizations, college and university counseling centers, and Employee Assistance Programs.
Protocall serves customers in the United States and Canada with an award winning remote team of licensed social workers, therapists and counselors to provide clinical, mental health, counseling, crisis, 988 and a wide variety of behavioral healthcare hotline services.

- MSW, PsyD, or PhD in behavioral health field or M.A. or M.S. in behavioral health with a clinical practice emphasis from a program that is accredited by COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE.
- Licensed as a limited or fully licensed social worker or counselor according to the state licensing board requirements.
- You must reside and have at least one of the following licenses in Illinois, LSW, LPC, LCPC OR LCSW
- Working from home maintaining HIPAA compliance and focus requiring distraction-free private office space
- Speak with consumers over the phone connecting with people experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues.
- Building rapport and client engagement
- Assessing risk and manage documentation while on calls
- Provide available resources or information needed
- Identify safe, positive ways of coping and/or developing a safety plan
- Emergency intervention that may be needed
- Remaining calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
