OPERATIONS ADMIN

LOCATION: Oak Ridge, TN

SCHEDULE: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.

REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager

FUNCTION:

An Operations Admin is responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; as well as for general administrative office functions. They perform administrative functions in support of sales, HR, marketing, engineering, and operations departments. Looking for strong work ethic, character, and integrity.

OUTCOMES:

• Maintains professional appearance as first point of contact in front office
• Maintains HR functions such as arranging pre-employment screening andperforming orientations for new hires
• Sets up and maintains inventory system for office supplies
• Maintains supplies for kitchens, breakrooms, and cleaning supplies
• Enters and confirms Customer Orders
• Provides order status to Customers
• Provides production report to team
• May Maintain Operational Metrics and KPI’s
• Assists Accounts Payable when needed
• Assists HR when needed
• Assists Accounts Receivable when needed
• Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel to build advanced spreadsheets for planning and analysis
• Backup for key office staff as needed
• Ensures documents required for production are available (i.e. job travelers)
• Coordinates catering and food for company events (training, customer visits, etc.)
