We are seeking a competent Operations Support Assistant to oversee the operations and administrative support within our organization. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both Korean and English to ensure smooth communication between our headquarters in Korea and our branch in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

ﾷ Handle daily accounting tasks such as payroll processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement requests

ﾷ Prepare monthly financial reports and monitor financial health

Administrative Support:

ﾷ Analyze data and prepare reports to support executive decision-making

ﾷ Coordinate and manage communication between the headquarters in Korea and the branch in the United States

Operations:

ﾷ Assist in executing efficient operational processes

ﾷ Schedule major business meetings, interviews, itineraries

HR Management:

ﾷ Assist recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures

ﾷ Administer HR systems for compliance and payroll processing (e.g., Rippling)

ﾷ Oversee employee benefits and insurance plan
