Job Summary: The RN is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct, and indirect patient care while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Cross-train to ICU within 1 year; unless other arrangements are made with Management.
