We are looking for a custmer focused, high energy, self-motivated individual for our open Central Intake Specialist role. The Central Intake Specialist is responsible for guiding families seeking ABA therapy services through the Proud Moments intake process. This role will respond to inquiries, manage leads, conduct intake calls, and handle administratitvie tasks such as insurance verification.
Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.
