Job description
We are looking for a Human Resouces Specialist to join our team. Sterling Vision is a comprehensive vision and medical/surgical eye care practice with offices in Eugene, Thurston, Junction City and West Salem.
You will be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, organizing recruitment and efficient use of online platforms, scheduling interviews, documenting employee conflicts or disputes, keeping meticiulous records of employee-management actions, maintaining documents, and supporting management hiring and workforce goals while maintaining thorough documentation.
This is a full-time position and we offer competitive compensation dependent upon your qualifications and experience.
Requirements of candidate:
