Description
The Parts Associate is responsible for managing parts inventory, organizing stock, and coordinating with field technicians to analyze trends. The parts technician will be organized and detail-oriented with knowledge in inventory management and distribution.
Responsibilities

• Process returns, sales, credits, claims and warranties
• Order supply to maintain stock
• Coordinate with service technicians to maintain accurate vehicle stock
• Pick and load parts
• Receive and verify shipments and check against packing list
• Resolve customer part issues in conjunction with vendor and technical support
• Follow up on inventory shortages
• Cleaning, shelf selection and stocking of parts
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working as a parts counter associate preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes
• Must be able to problem solve, conduct written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information
• Must have valid driver's license and insurance (company vehicle eligibility is based on driving records)
