Training will be on 1st Shift (6am - 2:20PM, Monday-Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Will be responsible for coordinating production lines & line employees. Maintaining line efficiencies, proper staffing and work flow while producing products to specification in a safe and sanitary environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ability to perform production task effectively.
2. Daily Operation – work with team members to make sure that daily production is organized to maximize efficiencies, make necessary adjustments as conditions change.
3. Directly involved in the hiring process, including interviewing, orientation and training.
4. Conduct meetings as needed with employees to keep them informed of plant activities, objectives and results.
5. Monitor weekly payroll and insure it is accurate through daily monitoring of associate clock hours in the payroll system.
6. Overall timeliness, efficient plant output, and responsibilities of assigned shift.
7. Develop and maintain positive team oriented lines of communication with peers, employees, management, and our customers. Key contact point for employees with operational and employee relations issues. Exhibit a positive/can-do attitude.
8. Work with maintenance department - report any equipment issues and assist to correct and improve them.
9. Administer and support all Company policies and procedures. Observe and practice all plant safety policies and procedures.
10. As required, be flexible to assume additional duties such as safety, security, or other Manager’s roles in their absence.
11. Maintain/enhance sanitation standards in the work area.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Spend 75% of the shift standing, walking, stooping, bending, or lifting
2. Must enforce all safety procedures and GMP’s.
3. Work shift, and must be willing to work overtime, weekends, handle training schedules to accommodate other employees and order requirements.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
