Who you are:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
- 4-6 years of accounting experience including financial reporting, lease accounting, and property accounting.
- Excel guru with recent experience preparing financial statements within Excel.
- Extensive ASC 842 experience.
- CPA preferred, but not required.
- Manage the financial reporting process including preparing 5 sets of financials each month.
- Lead all lease accounting and property accounting including PP&E and fixed assets.
- Debt reporting and ad-hoc reporting for various stakeholders.
- System administrator for Sage Intacct.

- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is 120-130K, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
