The expected range for at year one is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Who You Are:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, or related field
- CPA, Master's, or MBA highly beneficial
- 4-8 years of progressive public accounting experience;
- Polish and presence
- Thoughtful and strong communicator
- Build out a client base, obtain accounting projects, and deploy accounting consultants
- Learn for the first 1-2 years from a mentor
- Work in a competitive sales environment
- Elite group: be in a top sales group
- Competitive Compensation compensation has no limit and is based on commission after the first 2 years with top producers making $1M
