What you'll do:
- Manage the company's SEC filing process (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with SEC reporting regulations.
- Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
- Research and prepare and/or review technical memorandums for technical accounting issues
- Review XBRL tagging
- Mentor staff members on the team
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related
- 10 years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

The expected range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
