Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting GAAP experience
- Prior Big4 Experience – HIGHLY Preferred
- CPA – Preferred
- Experience with a top-tier ERP system i.e. Oracle, MS Dynamics, Workiva or larger ERP System etc.
- help manage the day-to-day and strategic operations for a multi-billion dollar company of the accounting team over complex areas on the balance sheet, including managing direct reports
- Technical Accounting – SOX management 404B, Technical Accounting ASC 606, 842
- Process improvement
- Process implementation
- Collaborate and interface with various departments of the business
- Assist in assessing and implementing new accounting systems and processes as the company grows
