What you’ll do:
- Prepare workpapers and standalone financial statements for multiple entities. Experience with foreign currency, derivatives and VIEs is preferred.
- Prepare consolidated financials in compliance with SEC reporting regulations.
- Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
- Review accounting process and ensure compliance with SOX.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related
- 7 years’ public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 per year plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
