What you'll do:
- Review of the company's SEC filings (10K, 10Q, footnote disclosures) and ensure compliance with SEC reporting regulations.
- Communicate with various groups across the organization to obtain information to ensure accurate and appropriate disclosures.
- Research and prepare technical memorandums for technical accounting issues
- Review XBRL tagging
- Mentor staff members on the team
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related
- 3 years' public accounting experience (Big4) or SEC reporting experience
- CPA required
- Strong technical accounting and SEC reporting experience

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
