What you’ll do:
- Manage a team of regulatory associates responsible for regulatory compliance and provide proper training and project delegation as needed.
- Review and approve claims, product labeling, marketing materials, and other relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regulatory assessments of new ingredients, formulations, and product changes.
- BS and 5 years of regulatory affair experience, with a specific knowledge of skin science.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Regulatory Team Lead or higher.
- Knowledge of FDA, FTC, and all counterpart requirements. Ideal candidate will also have experience with cosmetic or OTC products.
