What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
What you’ll do:
- Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, creating manual bills when needed.
- Calculate and validate ancillary invoices.
- Drive cash collection efforts and manage customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategies for resolving outstanding accounts receivable.
- Address ad-hoc requests, generate reports, and participate in meetings.
- Collaborate on projects using company tools to support departmental goals.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred; 3 years in revenue-related roles; 5-7 years in contracts, billing, and AR processes with a focus on revenue accounting.
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting systems, processes, and IT systems preferred.
