Supply Chain Director:

What you'll do:

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Manage all aspects of technology related to the supply chain.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and insights for the supply chain team, including variance analysis, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Support the development of the annual budget and periodic financial reviews.
• Present financial information and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor industry trends and stay abreast of developments in the supply chain field.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure successful implementation of supply chain technologies.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in Supply Chain, preferred experience in ERP, automations, P2P, and/or finance.
• Stellar negotiation skills required to pursue cost savings discussions with vendors as well as convince internal stakeholder of optimal decision for company.
• Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to share cost benefit analysis, scenario-based savings options, incorporating industry benchmarking, among other decision points will be required.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
