We are seeking an experienced Credit professional to join our pet friendly Northgate team on a permanent basis as Senior Credit Officer. Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will play a key senior role within a highly supportive team to ensure favourable outcomes to our valued vet clinic customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, head office finance team and be part of a global organisation that makes a positive impact to our vet customers and pet owners. About You Your responsibilities will include – Managing our portfolio of key corporate accounts across Australia, New Zealand and our Technology Solutions business. Assisting the Credit Manager with key projects and process improvement initiatives. Initiating approval processes relating to account applications, redemptions and credit notes. Finalising account closures. Ad hoc finance reporting at month end and quarter end. Acting as an escalation point for the AR team and customer queries. Assisting with ad hoc duties. About You Ideally you will display – Either extensive experience in credit control and looking to step into a senior role or experience in a senior, finance related position with demonstrated experience in commercial collections. Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills when dealing with complex customer queries and situations. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Reliability and flexibility to work within a changing and fast paced environment.
