Summary
This individual will assist the IT team with the day-to-day IT requirements to provide exceptional service to our users at ProVia. Ability to grow service-focused co-worker relationships and explain IT solutions. Candidate must uphold and represent ProVia’ s Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Promptly provide technical support for help desk requests and service issues across the company via email, in person, or over the phone
- Provisioning, repairing and replacing computer equipment, phones, printers, scanners, and tablets
- Provisioning of software and user accounts
- Willingness to research and experiment to find solutions for co-workers.
- Personality traits: low ego needs, high integrity, and collaborative work style.
Qualifications
This position requires a motivated, detailed oriented individual with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. This individual should be confident and have self and social awareness for learning and working with users with limited computer skills.

Basic Understanding of the Following:
- End-User Troubleshooting & Support
- Desktops, Laptops & Docks, Mobile Devices (Android & iOS), Printers (Xerox & Zebra), Scanners (Fujitsu, Zebra)
- Software (Active Directory, Office, Outlook, Web Apps, Windows)
- Provisioning & Configuration of Office and Production Devices
- Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients, Mobile Devices, Printers, Keycards
- Willingness to learn and/or develop proficiency with various IT Equipment, Software & Applications.
Physical Demands
The individual must be able to lift 50 pounds and be comfortable working in an office and production environment.
