**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, implementing behavioral therapy techniques to support their daily living skills and behavioral management. **Responsibilities:** - Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs) and behavior management - Document patient progress and behavioral data accurately - Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and modify treatment plans - Assist in creating a positive and supportive environment for clients - Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques during therapy sessions **Experience:** - Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices - Familiarity with special education practices - Experience in behavioral therapy or applied behavior analysis is a plus - Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds - Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with clients, families, and team members This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
