Job Title:

Are you a dedicated and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with immediate availability to commence impactful work? Providence Community ABA is actively recruiting RBTs for positions in Stafford, Fairfax, Alexandria, Fort Belvoir, Woodbridge, Fredericksburg, King George, and Quantico areas. We understand the critical importance of your expertise and are offering a sign-on bonus of $1000.00 (distribution terms apply) to eligible candidates.

About Us:
At Providence Community ABA, we recognize the profound significance of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in transforming the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our team of dedicated professionals delivers personalized clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols rooted in the principles of ABA. Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to make a meaningful difference, one client at a time, in various settings including homes, clinics, communities, and schools.

Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 1:1 ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with ASD.
• Implementing individualized treatment plans devised by BCBAs.
• Accurately collecting data and documenting daily session progress using technological software (Rethink).
• Collaborating closely with Therapists and BCBAs to ensure treatment fidelity and provide comprehensive updates on progress.
• Facilitating shadowing sessions and actively participating in team meetings and training workshops.
• Upholding professionalism through punctuality, appropriate attire, and effective communication.
• Safeguarding the confidentiality and well-being of all clients, particularly during emergency situations.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending educational workshops and staying abreast of relevant publications.

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Active registration as an RBT with The Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc.® (BACB®).
• A high school diploma (while a relevant college degree and coursework are preferred).
• A genuine passion for working with children, with prior experience in supporting individuals with ASD being advantageous.
• Full-time positions available (with flexibility within the 9 am - 7 pm timeframe), while part-time positions may involve either morning or afternoon sessions.
• Possession of an active driver's license with reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and up-to-date TB screening/vaccination status.

Please Note:
Our emphasis is on hiring RBTs who have obtained and maintained the RBT Certification from the BACB. Hence, the sign-on bonus is exclusively extended to professionals possessing the RBT credentials. Additionally, we welcome applications from Behavior Technicians with relevant experience and completed initial 40-hour training.
