**Description** Under general supervision the Food and Nutrition Services Dietary – Lead oversees daily production activities in the acute care and long term care kitchens. The Dietary – Lead will verify food is correctly produced and presented for all patient services, catering and employee break rooms at PSMCC. The Dietary - Lead will assist in providing supervision to create and maintain a positive working environment which promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
