Job Description Plans, organizes, coordinates, and directs site specific operations of BH Ambulatory & Acute programs and services within Providence Health and Services at one or more of the Oregon ministries. Directs the clinical and financial operations of these services in collaboration with the Reg Dir BH Ambulatory Services. These operational responsibilities include ensuring site specific programs and services meet or exceed legal, licensing, and/or certification requirements, are in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and standards of coding and billing. Ensures programs and services are maintained within the philosophies, goals, objectives, polices and procedures of the region and specific to these services. Responsible to ensure all personnel policies and procedures are followed for employees.

Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Mental health-related field Or
- Ph.D. in Mental health-related field Or equivalent educ/experience
- Training with respect to the age-related population served.
- Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Professional Counselor Intern Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist Intern License Or
- Upon hire: Oregon Psychologist License
- Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check is required for this position.
- 5 years Direct clinical care of adult and child/adolescent psychiatric patients.
- 3 years Management experience in clinical setting with demonstrated supervisory competence and program management.
Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience organizing and implementing Psychiatric outpatient services including The Joint Commission (TJC) and Oregon Health Authority certification, compliant coding, documentation, and billing requirements and standards.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
