Required Qualifications:

* Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

* Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

* National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

* At least 10 years of Nursing experience, oncology experience is recommended / preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrates a friendly and compassionate approach to cultivate a trusting patient-healthcare provider relationship.

* Diligently monitors patient vitals and external symptoms during radiation therapy.

* Advocates strongly for patients by effectively communicating treatment plans to interdisciplinary teams and family members.

* Exhibits attention to detail when recording notes and taking vitals, enabling accurate assessment of the patient's health status for other team members.

* Exhibits patience when discussing care plans with patients and their families.

* Possesses a high level of emotional intelligence to ensure a positive patient care experience, including the ability to simplify medical terminology and concepts for patients.

* Demonstrates strong communication and critical thinking skills, effectively performing beyond desired qualifications.
