Assistant Nurse Manager - Radiology, Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, Spokane WA

The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the Nurse Manager in providing overall leadership and direction for the defined department (s) and for creating an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and "Clinical excellence and standards of care." Supervises all assigned caregivers within the department per current organizational structure.

Shift Details:

• Full time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour Day Shift

Required qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 2 years RN, with one year in the specialty.
• 2 years Prior nursing management.
