Housed within the Clinical Innovation Institute (CII), the Discover program develops and executes collaborative data projects that leverage Providence data to support the development of new treatments, AI or clinical decision support tools, or innovative care models that advance CII's vision of "personalized precision medicine for all." The Discover Program Manager will serve as the key systemwide administrative liaison responsible for managing the Discover research and data partnerships program.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience working in project and/or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in the equivalent of a Master's degree in health care, a clinical discipline, public health, business, or related field. Clinical Discipline includes, Nursing, Infection Prevention, Respiratory,
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • 5 years of equivalent of at least 5 years of progressive responsibility in managing clinical research programs, familiarity with research compliance and regulatory requirements.
