Description Facilities Engineer (278324) Schedule: Swing Shift 8hrs/day - Week 1 Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Week 2 Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat, Sun. Swing Shift 3pm – 1130pm. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems, structures and associated electrical, mechanical, environmental and utility equipment and distributions. Required Qualifications: Mathematics, Mechanics, Electrical, Blueprint Reading. Completion of recognized apprenticeship journeyman program; OR full journey status; OR extensive applicable work experience, Vocational training may be substituted for work experience. Basic Mechanical ability and aptitude. Preferred Qualifications: Progressively responsible experience in aspects of building construction, maintenance and repair preferably in a healthcare setting where the incumbent has gained skills in areas of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural systems.
