We are a 29-bed Level III NICU that provides leading-edge intensive care for neonates. We provide support for babies who have complications of premature birth or who later develop problems that require more intensive care. We partner with Seattle Children's to provide the highest level of newborn intensive care in the northern region. We provide a full range of services for the infant and family and prioritize family centered care. Our unit is known for its teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration. We prioritize high quality; family centered care and we accomplish this through strong teamwork. Our nursing staff works closely with neonatologists, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and social workers to develop each patient’s individualized plan of care. Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • upon hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • 1 year Nursing experience in NICU.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated.
