We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Agent Protg with a strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to receive extensive training, mentorship, and guidance to prepare for eventual agency ownership.
Compensation Range: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

ResponsibilitiesRequirements
Proven track record in sales, management, or related field preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
Must hold valid property and casualty, and life and health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
RequirementsResponsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and agency operations.
Shadow experienced agents and learn from their expertise in client consultations, needs assessments, and policy recommendations.
Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities to build a client base and grow sales revenue.
Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies, meet performance goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Gain hands-on experience in agency management, including policy administration, claims processing, and client relationship management.
