Providence Staffing is Hiring an Executive Recruiter Near Atlanta, GA

Providence Staffing is seeking a results-oriented Executive Recruiter with proven recruitment and staffing experience to join our best-in-class team. This is a remote position and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Strategies: Execute and enhance nationwide recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools in alignment with the company’s evolving strategic plan, mission, vision, and values.

- Relationship Building: Develop productive and effective relationships with hiring managers to understand immediate, mid-term, and long-term staffing needs and timelines.

- Candidate Pipeline: Continuously network and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates, ensuring a pool of qualified diverse candidates in advance of need.

- Initiative Implementation: Implement key initiatives and special projects in response to internal business needs and sector trends.

- Networking: Attend networking and recruiting events to identify potential employers for our candidate pool.

- Brand Awareness: Increase awareness of Providence Staffing’s brand across multiple platforms, including social media and job boards.

- Applicant Screening: Screen applicants via phone or in person.

- Additional Tasks: Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting and staffing experience.

- Demonstrated passion for empowering candidates.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet staffing deadlines.

- Ability to meet and balance multiple deadlines.

- Highly process and detail-oriented.

- Strong customer service focus.

- Adaptability and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

- Typical hours: 9 AM EST - 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Compensation:

- $18 per hour plus commission on each direct hire placement.
