Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and budget requirements.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to ensure financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, budget analyses, and other project documentation to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
