Required Qualifications
- PharmD From an accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Coursework/Training Completion of a PGY-1 residency.
- Coursework/Training Completion of a specialty/PGY-2 residency in ambulatory care or 3 years experience in primary care pharmacy (or related area) involving direct, collaborative patient care.
- Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
- National Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties within 2 years of hire.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire, based on clinic management.
- Experience in writing, including research protocols, medical papers for publication, and educational pieces for patients and healthcare providers.
- Experience precepting students and/or residents.
