Hours: Part Time (24 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift

The LPN provides professional patient care through direct services and/or the supervision of and coordination with other members of the health care team. Assesses patient needs, plans, and performs interventions, evaluates responses to care and documents this nursing process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training Completion of an accredited LPN program.

  • Coursework/Training Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.

  • upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse.

  • upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

  • upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year LPN.
