Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family.

This position is for Full time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, 40 Hours per Week.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy. Or,

• Master's Degree Physical Therapy. Or,

• D.P.T. Physical Therapy

• Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
