This role will provide program management support for Providence’s Work2BeWell program. The successful candidate will manage implementation of the Work2BeWell program into Renton School District. In addition, this position will manage curriculum development and translation for all program content. The ideal candidate will bring experience working in an educational environment, as well as a strong program management background. This role is full-time contract for 10 months in duration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school leaders and staff to identify mental health needs and implement mental health supports available via the Work2BeWell program
• Build and manage relationships with key school staff/students
• Manage communication with schools including fielding queries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating trainings
• Develop subject matter expertise on W2BW program
• Facilitate sessions with W2BW team members to create RSD W2BW strategy and implementation plans, then document and maintain these documents
• Liase with partner organizations to plan and execute school assemblies focused on mental health
• Conduct staff/staff training, workshops, and professional develop to support schools, as needed
• Serve as an on-site presence at Renton School District schools, including attending meetings with school leaders and counselors, and attending W2BW club meetings as needed
• Manage translation of curriculum, including working with partner organizations, graphic designers, and subject matter experts to produce final materials in target language
• Create and maintain translation roadmap and project plan
• Support curriculum development, including coordinating with teens to identify topics, vetting topics with clinical experts, creating drafts, and managing the review and finalization process.
• Manage risks, issues, and action items
• Track and report on workstream project progress
• Identify and anticipate issues, and proactively reach out to subject matter experts to resolve
• Regular visits to school sites

Qualifications

5-7 years experience working in an education or non-profit environment

3-5 years project/program management experience

SEL or Mental Health experience a plus

Reside in Renton, WA or ability to commute
