POSITION SUMMARY
The Cash Management Operations Supervisor has oversight responsibility for systems, processes and staff that support the commercial deposit services for commercial clients in the Bank.
These services include but are not limited to the bank’s Account Analysis Services, Intrafi Investment Sweep, Cash Express, Lockbox Processing and Web CD Services in addition to providing operational support to the bank’s business and cash management clients, the individual will work to effectively support the sales and service efforts of the bank's Treasury Management Sales, Support, Commercial Digital Operations and New Business team.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of all systems and services aligned with Treasury Management Services. Administration oversight includes services such as Account Analysis, Intrafi Investment Sweep, Cash Express, Lockbox Services and WebCD.
Responsibilities include general operations of the systems, daily reconciliation and proof, fraud monitoring and direct vendor interaction as required.
Ensures that area provides direct support to the Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Digital Operations and Retail Banking areas for both new and existing client servicing.
Support includes collaboration in the setup and onboarding of new clients, service inquiries and direct client support, technical support and documentation requirements.
Responsible for system upgrades, testing, new service implementation and assists in service development. Represents the bank on vendor focus groups and client discussions.
Responsible for monitoring and reviewing vendor communications to ensure system(s) integrity for both problem identification / resolution and enhancement opportunities.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises Commercial Deposit Ops Staff members. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
This includes interviewing, hiring, training and managing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; performance appraisal;
rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
SKILLS AND TRAINING
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE
5 plus years of experience in Treasury Management Services and related systems, specifically Extended Account Analysis and Intrafi platforms
2 to 5 years direct experience related to supervisory responsibilities.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The work is performed primarily in normal office conditions. Noise levels are usually moderate.
HAZARDS
Only those present in a normal office setting.
