Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Able to perform Accu-Cheks
- Have no convictions for felonies or misdemeanors involving substance abuse, sexual misbehavior or assault
- 1-3 years of experience in psychiatric health nursing
- Perform assessments and treatments for patients with substance abuse, severe mental illness, and/or intellectual disability
- Able to gather information on the needs, duration of care, and habilitation of patients who are severely mentally ill and/or intellectually disabled
- Work collaboratively with RN supervisor on patient care and safety duties
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands at a time
