Provider Partners Health Plan is Hiring a Director of Partner Development Near Indianapolis, IN

The Director of Partner Development is responsible for oversight management of marketing and enrollment activities to achieve monthly membership goals. Supervises the Partner Development Representatives and Benefits Advisors. Responsible for fostering business relationships through individual efforts and through leading the efforts of the partner development team. The Director plays a lead role in providing financial and operational support to Senior Management while improving efficiency throughout the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Partner Development team to achieve membership goals while maintaining customer and member satisfaction.
  • Establishes consultative relationships with facility and corporate client contacts to facilitate their execution of the lead generation process in full compliance with CMS regulations.
  • Implement operational and organizational procedures for all aspects of sales, and marketing..
  • Develop and execute training for the Partner Development team to ensure all state and CMS regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage a variety of projects to include ISNP program promotion and rollout, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve timelines and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities and offer proactive plans. Consider customer input to build best practices for program implementation, resulting in improved efficiency and work flow.
  • Reconciliation of sales leads using Sales Force and other technology to increase closing ratios and improve overall sales momentum.
Qualification Requirements:
  • 5 plus years in sales with a proven track record, 3 of those years preferably in healthcare
  • 2 years management experience
  • IN State Health Insurance License required
  • Tenure working in the long-term care environment
  • Working knowledge of private insurance, Medical Assistance, Medicare and the general landscape of third party payor-ship
  • Advanced skills in leadership, communications, influence and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with employees of all skill levels/areas of the business
  • Solid understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Strong capability to gather, analyze, evaluate and interpret data for reporting purposes
  • Proficient in knowledge of Microsoft Office and other operating systems and a basic understanding of network implementation/maintenance
