Providian Real Estate Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Cullman, AL

Our firm is seeking a caring and thoughtful Property Manager who knows customer service is the key to customer satisfaction. The Property Manager will be responsible for making sure all tenants are aware of any necessary building rules, including maintenance of the common areas, and that all repairs are scheduled effectively and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance of rental properties.
  • Manage the maintenance of rental properties and coordinate with tenants about work orders as required.
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with tenants.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
  • Deal with people in an emergency situation.
  • Hire, train and supervise contractor staff.
  • Collect rent from tenants while following the leasing agreement.
  • Deal with difficult people.
  • Handle security systems, locks and keys.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Experience level:

  • 1 year

  • 8 hour shift

  • Property management: 1 year (Required)
  • HUD: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
