ARCHITECTURAL MILLWORK - PROJECT MANAGER

This role will be a full time independent contractor position (1099), primarily based in Las Vegas.

Are you an experienced Architectural Millwork/Construction Project Manager with a proven track record of managing multiple large scale, complex architectural millwork projects AND looking to work with the largest custom architectural millwork company in Canada?

As a Senior Project Manager for PSF you will be responsible for linking client expectations with company deliverables throughout the life cycle on a number of large-scale, complex architectural millwork projects. You will act as the overseer, being accountable for all planning, development and coordination of all aspects of a project.

You are a highly motivated, participative leader with a proactive approach and you possess exceptional customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills that you have grown from a genuine approach.

You have a proven track record planning large, complex projects involving problem solving, decision making and business reasoning skills with excellent prioritization, time-management and organization and an ability to work under resource constraints in a fast-paced environment. Your project success includes positive fiscal outcomes through proactive budget management and outstanding client relationships.

Your skills are accompanied by 3 years of progressive project management roles in an architectural millwork setting or on projects in ICI construction with strong exposure to millwork and a post-secondary education in business, project management, engineering or related field. An equivalent combination of education and recent related work experience would be considered.

Paramount amongst your working knowledge is custom millwork, commercial construction, woodworking, fabrication, manufacturing and installation methods and the ability to accurately read and interpret architectural plans, drawings and specifications.
