Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Cambridge, MA. If you have a strong background in sales or business development, particularly within a startup environment, and are excited about the opportunity to grow with an innovative company, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for client engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience:3 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within a startup environment.
