Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative assembly processes.

• Define project requirements, build detailed specifications, and conduct line balancing for optimal efficiency.

• Analyze labor requirements, conduct time studies, and map process flows to optimize production.

• Improve material handling practices to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Provide support to production teams for smooth project implementation.

• Develop conceptual design sketches to communicate ideas, with internal or external resources handling 3D modeling.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing new processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus.
