Assist the Covey Center marketing specialist with a wide variety of communication, outreach, and public engagement strategies. Assist in crafting engaging content and procuring photo and video assets that align with Provo City and Covey Center branding. Assist with planning, coordination, maintenance, and management of official Covey Center social media platforms including the Covey Center website. Respond to media requests. Assist with researching, writing, and editing articles, emails, blog posts, and social media posts on a variety of topics. Answer questions regarding area of responsibility. Perform other related duties as required.What are the minimum qualifications? One year experience managing social media accounts. A valid, lawful Driver License. Experience in social media management, event planning, communications, marketing, or public relations preferred.What is the schedule?16-20 hours a week. Actual hours will vary, including daytime hours and evening and weekend hours, as needed for content creation.What are the physical/environmental factors?This work requires This work requires extended periods at a computer.
