Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining excellent customer relationships for our range of hoists, cranes, and winches. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring a superior level of service to our existing customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through various channels including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' requirements and recommend appropriate products.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a solid understanding of our product line, including specifications, features, and applications.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers, guiding them in selecting the most suitable products for their needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues or inquiries.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns to expand market reach.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote company products and services.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in industrial equipment or similar technical products.
  • Strong understanding of hoists, cranes, and winches, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
