We're currently seeking someone to take the reins behind the bar and continue (and elevate) its current success. We encourage anyone to apply, but candidates who have the following qualifications will be considered most competetive.
- Five years of experience behind the bar, with some ownership of cocktail and beer offerings
- Experience in Chicago's cocktail and dining scene, and a general familiarity with the market
- Extensive knowledge of international spirits; international food knowledge a strong advantage
- Experience building a team, and an ability to create a culture that encourages respect and accountability
- A consistently positive and entusiastic demeanor
- A collaborative approach to working with well-known chefs and somms
- A proactive approach to staff training and development
- Able to work evening service shifts, weekends and holidays when required
