Job Description:

PRT Financial is seeking a motivated and experienced Life Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures through comprehensive life insurance solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on the importance of life insurance and assist them in selecting policies that align with their financial goals and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' current financial situations and future objectives.
• Educate clients on various types of life insurance policies, including term life, whole life, and universal life insurance.
• Customize insurance solutions to meet clients' specific requirements and budget constraints.
• Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, including coverage details, benefits, exclusions, and premium payments.
• Assist clients in completing applications for life insurance coverage and ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately processed.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, reviewing policies regularly, and making recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes affecting life insurance policies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Life Insurance Agent or similar role in the financial services industry (recommended not required).
• Willing to obtain state life insurance license (we will help with how).
• Strong understanding of various types of life insurance products and their features.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
