• Each of the 8 sites have anywhere from 2 to 12 depending on layout of facility.
• Mostly either Aruba / HP

• Understand configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise.

Domain Controllers

• Understand configuration.

• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise.

Wireless

• Understand Aruba Central console and management of devices

Infrastructure

IBM Cloud

• Core data center.
• Administration of VM servers
• Knowledge of Vyatta as a gateway / router / firewall a plus
• Patches and upgrades of business systems applications
• Need to upgrade all servers running 2012r2 to 2019 (includes DC s)

Sites (8)

• Physical host running VMWare and, at most, 3 hosts (File Server, AD Server, Utility server for access control, miscellaneous, etc.)

• Administration of local VM servers
• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise
• Need to swap out old infrastructure and upgrade OS

Azure Cloud

• Using to backup local file shares

• Understand configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise

Operations

Office 365

• Exchange
• SharePoint

• Understand configuration (general & security)
• Administration of tools, heavy on Azure AD
• Knowledge of Power Automate a plus

Telephony

• Outsourced to Converge 1, using Cisco WebEx calling

• General understanding of managing adds and changes through a Console.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise

Patching

• Using Action1 for end user and server patching

• General understanding of managing patching through a console.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make required changes if issues arise

Backups

• Leveraging native tools in IBM cloud & Azure

• General understanding of managing backups through a console
• Execute our backup strategy daily, weekly and monthly

Helpdesk

• FreshWorks

• General understanding of helpdesk functions
• Manage tickets assigned to you and help staff where necessary

Security

Sophos Antivirus (ID/IP)

• General understanding of antivirus software
• Ability to review and remediate where necessary leveraging Sophos Management console

ProofPoint (Email)

• General understanding of email threat protection
• Ability to review and remediate where necessary leveraging Proofpoint Management console
