Job Title: Sales Engineer - Palo Alto Networks

Onsite location: Onsite - Santa Clara, Louisiana, New York, Mid Atlantic, Mid West

Duration: 12 Months contract

Need to work onsite at any of these locations - Santa Clara, Louisiana, New York, Mid Atlantic, Mid West

  • Experienced Sales Engineer with a proven track record in technical sales and support, specializing in Palo Alto Networks' cybersecurity solutions.
  • Skilled in translating complex technical concepts into business benefits, driving sales strategies, and providing pre-sales support.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific security and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Provide expertise on Palo Alto Networks products, including firewalls, network security, and cloud security.
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement security solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Support the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, including RFP responses and technical proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Palo Alto Networks product developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
  • In-depth experience or knowledge of Palo Alto Networks products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of network security concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to customer sites and industry events.
  • Certifications such as Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) or similar are a plus.
