Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, sales, and project management. Experience with Salesforce and financial services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and sales activities
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve client services
- Assist in project management tasks to meet client needs and expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Skills:
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Sales experience in a service-oriented environment
- Familiarity with SaaS products and services
